It’s a great way to add a little protein and flavor to “just” eggs. Target sells spinach that you steam right in the bag; doesn’t get any easier to just drop it in. And I’m not a huge veggie lover…so it’s a good way for me to sneak it in without sacrificing flavor!
Definitely yummy, definitely good for the body!

Kathleen -- have you tried tofu scramble instead of Just Egg? I have a recipe that uses nutritional yeast and black salt and a couple of other things to make it taste eggy. It's cheaper, and I love it

I’ve not had a tofu scramble, Altho I love good tofu. I should try it!! Willing to try all the new things.
