I hate the dentist. The downside to having an appointment the first thing in the morning, is grabbing something on the go. The upside is the anesthetics made it difficult to chew properly. Also arriving at work late resulted in being pulled into a meeting and I only made it through 1/2 of a to-go breakfast.
It's not been a hungry day, just a tired one. So tonight I will have to make sure to do my work out, with the motivation I get to drop off to sleep in the new bed we had delivered today. Maybe my husband and I both will actually get a good night's sleep tonight!
