So after my determination not to weigh myself until Friday.. I lost, but happy that finally that the scales are moving once again. Funny how much effort you can put in and get such varied results, it's not surprising that people get discouraged. BUT it's always worth reminding yourself how you got here... I certainly didn't gain 9-10kilos in three weeks so losing that I should be stoked. And I know that I'm already feeling so much better :) So keep up the fight and know that determination and realistic goals are essential. I never set goals before but it makes what feels mammoth manageable.
