All i have to say is back on Atkins..AGAIN..I have a goal to lose 15 pounds by November 20th, thats when my we are having my son's 1st birthday and some family are coming in town! So thats 15 pounds in 24 days! I can do it!

you can do it!!! im going to be doing it too - i need to lose at least 15lbs by dec 10th ( maybe more) if i lose it by nov 20th ill b gleaming.... good luck and wish me luck too x

Welcome back!!! It has been a while and yes you can lose the 15 pounds. I'll do it with you, I so need someone to motivate me too. I have really been at a stall since mid Summer.
