Not a good loss, but I had expected to gain. I didn't move much, still recovering from my car wreck. I got through all the insurance paperwork, settled on my car and bought a new one. All that equals stress, and that's a big trigger for me to overeat. I guess it's the Ozempic that helped to keep it in check.
