It’s horrible when it feels like that.If it’s not working for you doing the fasting then try something else.

It often helps to set some intermediate, more manageable goals. This way the entire journey might feel less intimidating.

Set smaller goals a step at a time . Try a different plan I find this fasting brutal . I certainly couldn’t do it there are lots of different diets out there . Find one that works for you . Good luck

Small meals breakfast lunch, Dinner and eat nothing after 6pm till morning after try to cut out snacks. Hope this helps

Allow yourself a small treat like 2pieces of chocolate or a packet of crisps a day if you feel you must

Thank you. Setting smaller goals has helped and when I’ve finished this really long fast I think I will have some thing that makes me feel good instead of plain healthier.
