Setelah berhasil menurunkan BB 8kg selama +-6bln bnyk yg bilang trlalu kurus. BB skrg 48kg tb 152. Ajarin bulking donk suhu. Udh bnykin karbo bb naik, tp esok paginy BB balik ke semula 48kg. olahraga dumbell sminggu 2x 15mnt. Terima kasih.
48 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
