Late journal entry, but an update none the less. Did a little damage last weekend, had a staycation with the family, in laws, cousins all that fun stuff from Friday- Monday. Had fun but didn’t go too crazy, went in at 172 on Friday came out at 174.8 on Monday. Honestly, not as bad of a gain as I was expecting (especially considering I had.. let’s say some high calorie beverages each day hah)

Back to 172.2 this morning, hopefully less tomorrow.

Back to work
78.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
