Rant incoming!
I am working really hard to try and get enough protein because I go through gym weights lifting 5 days a week to build up lean muscle. I am a vegetarian and so it’s a challenge sometimes. 3 times this week I have been caught out by things with bloody beef gelatine in that you would not expect because I have been rushing around between gym and home etc.
So angry! If I wanted to eat meat I could get my protein easily by eating actual chicken or beef!
Rant over! Now I feel al title better. ☺️
