pengganti tepung nya apa kak? boleh bagi resepnya?

Resepnya cuma ayam giling 500gr, udang cincang 100gr, bawang putih 3 siung, 1 siung bawang merah, daun bawang, wortel, bumbunya garam, royco, saus tiram, abis itu dicampur aja semuanya, bentuknya pake sendok
