Today was my daughter‘s 11th birthday, so I indulged a little, but I am so so proud of myself because even though I didn’t log everything I had willpower and I still portioned out my food and made healthy choices. I also had a small piece of cake with whipped icing instead of buttercream. Smile achievements big results.
