Feeling rather shattered today and got a big day at work, having to suck it up and push myself hard to do the normal things. Thinking this will pass it's very hot and I don't handle the heat at the best of times. Weigh tomorrow really had to stop myself this morning as I don't want to get discouraged at this stage. Here is to day 13 and going strong still no desire for real food. :)
