Temporary blip after 2 blissful weeks in Crete. Lots of care and shade due to soaring temperatures but so lovely to swim in a beautiful warm, azure, sewage free sea. Can never resist feta & olive oil so I expected to see gain. Straight back to normal now with a calorie deficit and no excuses. Until the next holiday in November 😎😂
