I know that 12 days is nothing to see if a plan works or not, I know I´m retaining water becuase my ankles have been swollen so I was told to drink pineaple water and green juice that includes cucumber and pineapple in the morning to help with that. i don´t add salt to my meals so I beleive could be from the sodium on the tuna and also I´ve been using the canned mushrooms. I won´t use any of those 2 this week and see the results next week
