I've not been doing well on my walking this week. I've been fighting depression and anxiety. Right now my husband is unemployed and having difficulty finding work. In the meantime I'm feeling the pressure of being the primary bread winner for our family. Work has been stressful as it is without those other factors in play.
It's not a good recipe for trying to make a lifestyle shift back towards being healthier again. I plan to peel myself away from my desk and take a walk at lunch today.
