have type 2 diabetes, copd, neuropathy and edema in legs/feet. I mainly eat fatty red meat, fish (sardines, kippers, mackerel, salmon) eggs, tiny bits of cheese, butter, and spices and condiments...not squeaky clean carnivore, but pretty close. I've done a 3 day egg fast and a 3 day sardine fast, and was happy with the results. I intend to do the egg fast and sardine fast monthly. also, trying to break the obsession with the damn scale. I've been known to weigh myself after going to the bathroom, to see if I've lost any weight! Ridiculous!
