That orange 🧡 spectrum is delightful and appealing! More than 20 years ago I read a book about our food, colors, perception, phytonutrients, and subconscious needs...I can't find it today, otherwise I would like to read it again!

Thank you, Margatyna. That sounds like an interesting read, I hope you find it again. I think God must have created foods in beautiful colors to encourage us to eat a wide variety for all those vital nutrients. I used to work as head of the kitchen for a bakery. The owner used to tell me all the time, you eat with your eyes first and that is why your goods are always a hit, Holly, bc they are always beautiful and taste as good as they look. Was always proud of that :)

Jen, beef is the best meat there is. Having it again tonight 😁 I just caved in and ate ice cream, but it was worth the calories 😋 I think😭
