Nothing makes the day like a good weigh-in, huh? :) I know the feeling.
Now, remember when you go eat to ENJOY IT! Be aware of the calories involved, but not a slave to them. It's a special night, have fun with it. You're losing weight in a fast pace - surely you'll survive a day or two with a "bad" weigh-in. :) Life is good, isn't it?

Thanks for the encouragement King. In the end I ended up having a fairly healthy lunch (the place we planned on going was closed for lunch). Life is good!
