well, I made it to the weekend! YAY The scale has been kind to me (it must know I'm fragile) But just making a few changes for a few days and already dropping what I assume is water weight is still a huge boost to my "atta girl"! It's interesting when you can focus on what your body really needs instead of "eating cause I'm bored" (thanks Grinch for that one) I am really really glad that I didn't get rid of all of my cookbooks. I kept the one I used more, and highlighted stuff in. Which confirmed it was my favorite from the bunch. My husband has been enjoying the tastie dinners as well, and that has been really helpful. Here's to another week!!
