Still very frustrating that been dieting for so many months and no real weight loss. Trying to get back to 140 so summer clothes with fit no real luck with high protein low calorie diet. Been eating around 1500-1700 cal and trying to walk more than 3 miles at least 4 days a week

Just popping in to offer a virtual {hug} & say you are not alone. I want to lose 15 lb to get where you are but apparently my body is stuck in maintenance mode for months. I don’t eat perfectly for sure but usually not off the rails either. Getting some exercise but probably not enough. I do try to remember to give myself credit though, and I hope you do too, for getting this far and not giving up. ❤️❤️❤️
