It really is doable, the past couple months due stress has made me a snackmonster, and this fast helped so much. I am grateful for trying, it calmed the bloats, it calmed the food noise, I never felt hungry … and while am craving fruit now, a couple days of “opbouw” and I will slowly introduce a bit of fruit again calma calma calma. Feeling much better and zen again thanks for inspiring a trial 🤗
