This is a refreshing salad, which I made 2 days ago. This salad has got :
- vine tomatoes ( cutted into 6 to 8 slices );
- red onion
- garlic
- fresh dill
- fresh flat leaf parsley
- dark apple cider vinegar
- extra vergin olive oil
- salt

PS. This salad you can keep in the glass jars in the fridge for 3-4 days. If anyone is interested in how to make it, I will let you know. 😀
