Sounds great! I also follow a Mediterranean-ish diet and find it best for satiety. I try to get to 30 g of fiber a day. Currently trying to incorporate some fermented foods in at least two out of three meals a day.

Hi Agnes Z, that’s interesting to know. I will check my fibre once I start logging! Thanks

Yep, happy Saturday! ☀️As long as the visual plate method is working for you..some people can definitely be successful with that..and mostly preparing your own meals at home helps a lot. I’ve found that tracking is just so helpful in the short and long term…as much as for burning excess stored body fat as for the equally critical maintaining a healthy weight. Carb and fat creep (fooling ourselves regarding quantity and balance of our meals) is real, natural and nothing to be ashamed of in this hyper food abundant environment that humans newly find ourselves in today. 😊 When I track I’m more mindful..and that’s always helpful.
