Had a set back yesterday, my blood sugar took a dive, dropped to a dangerous level. I had to eat four packs of crackers, two protein bars, and two muscle milks, all I had her at work. Kind of blew up my diet numbers. So, I went to the doctor, they lowered my medication. ( Thank you Jesus ) Sent me home to rest, was not able to go to the gym. Today I feel good, blood sugar 102 this morning when I awakened. So, I can resume my exercise program.
