Wrong way, this is what happens when you are traveling and not eating healthy and you order a salad with grilled chicken and it's terrible and you end up eating a bunch of carbs because you're in a hurry. And it's what happens when you eat snacks at work and you eat all your dinner which was probably too much food to begin with. Poor eating habits are leading to run-on sentences. At least I've been getting all my water.
