When I am doing what I plan, I weigh myself every day usually but post the weight on Sunday. But if I have a loss close to a pound or more, I post it right away! My old scale matched my doctor's scale exactly but the new scale actually weighs higher so it's always better news at the doctor's office!

YOH. I’m most comfortable at 130. I can get there but mostly I’d say 131.5 ish is my norm. Good luck at Drs. 💜💜

Fritzy, I was actually surprised cuz when I weigh at home it’s in my lightweight pjs and right after I wake up. I had on jeans and clunky tennis shoes at Drs office. I had also already eaten breakfast. I usually weigh myself once a week.💜. Losingtown, thank you!💜💜

Storms, that's what I think too. ( about weighing fully dressed) I used to be 129lbs but since Christmas I haven't been able to get that low and honestly a couple lbs helps hide my crepe skin a bit👍

Im glad you said that . I think these extra 4 pounds i seem to be hovering over make my face look better but then i was thinking that was ridiculous how could a couple of pounds impact your face so much. Think it’s true? Or in our heads?

YOH, I can see the difference in my lower arms for sure! That's where I have most of my crepe skin. Now if I could only get rid of the ripply skin above my knees...that's a new thing..

@YOH…agreed. Sometimes, a few extra pounds makes our faces look better. If we get TOO LOW, the face gets TOO SKINNY looking. Does that make any sense? Idk. I know what you mean, in other words. Lol

Yep i started thinking i was looking gaunt. Was at docs yesterday for lab review and she and i are same height tho she is a legit athlete and she told me as i was leaving, “do NOT lose any more weight.” I kind of laughed. Told her I wouldn’t mind gaining about ten pounds but for the number on the scale 😂. Meaning i think i would look a bit better im a little too thin but just dont want that number higher. So how does that work…icky messy head thoughts. This never happened when i was young. I could be 15 pounds underweight and my face was great. Guess thats the collagen lost in aging.
