Day 6 of walking. I've also been doing stairs too, just up and down five times for now. It's all I can manage before I feel like I have to drag myself up them. I hope by next week I can maybe increase it to 7 or 8. I was good this weekend and went up to one of the shopping centers, built on an incline to walk, rather than use the ice and snow as an excuse to sit at home. I forgot just how much I missed walking. I couldn't help but look up at the mountain through the window, with anticipation for getting back out on the Bridle Trail when the snow breaks. Oh and I've been making the effort to stay hydrated.
