This sucks. I need to get back to basics. Fruits and veg mostly and cut out most sweets. I feel like I am sabotaging myself and and my own worst enemy at times. I was trending well for a while and now I’m slowly climbing back up. I haven’t tracked in a long time because I was doing so well. May need to rethink that and do it again.
