Changed up my ratios for fat to protein. Since I haven't lost any weight the last 2 weeks, we decided it was time for a change. So today my trainer said that I could cut down on protein, focus on healthy fats and good carbs. WOOOHOOO!! I also want to try to add green tea back in as a daily drink. Here we go....
