Good morning! Hope y'all have a fantastic healthy and happy day! Made a big bottle of lemon water and a pot of coffee. Had early breakfast today. Been having dinner so late nights that I woke up hungry. Need to get back to my 16/8 intermittent fasting again. Summer hours make that so hard for me with it staying light out so late into the evening I tend to stay busy and dont start supper til 7 or 8 most nights. Sometimes 9 by the the time I eat. So going to have to work on that. Aim for 11 am - 7pm window like I was doing. Ok. Let's get it done! xo
