I've started skipping breakfast as I wasn't very hungry and just having a bit of a earlier lunch seems to be working :)
102.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.4 kg a Week
