Precious, are you using any of the bars/shakes? I know I can stall if I eat too many in a short period (even over days). I've heard other people mention it as well. Just a thought.

If that doesn't work, play around with the carb level. Everyone is different and I know I lose best at 15-20 net while others can do 25-30 and be fine...

Losing weight is one of the hardest journeys you'll take, for sure!! But it's the journey that makes you while it takes you places you'd never imagine, if only you keep putting one foot in front of the other. It's hard, yes, but you have the strength and power to take that next step!

I see you have a cute baby -- me too -- I learned that when my sleep is off (thanks to our lovely children) it puts me in a stall. Best luck!

You may want to get some ketostix just to check to see if you are in ketosis.

I do best at 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carbs. Approx 1200 calories. I pretty much stuck to this formula all last year.....

Wow. 1200 calories! Good for you. I try to keep it at 1900 and it's a miracle if I stay under that!

The ketosticks are a great visual aid to know that you are not getting hidden carbs or those few cheats made a bigger difference than you thought. When I use them, I find it helps me correct much quicker. Once you lose ketosis, it can take a few days according to the sticks...to get back in the zone .

Ok, I'll look into getting them and see what they say. I also think that with the meds that I'm on, it kinda slows down the weight loss. Oh and I'm down .4 today from yesterday. I wasn't going to weigh in today but I got curious. Also my size 16's are starting to fit me looser so that says something as well. I'm going to stop worrying about it so much.

Stop worrying about it so much, stick to your plan and stay off the scale. As long as you're not cheating you'll lose weight, but you've got to give the plan a chance to succeed. Remember, a watched pot never boils!
