I feel like I’ve not been able to control my diet as I would just focused so much on other things more than I am on the diet, so I’ve decided to detox, had half a teaspoon of activated charcoal and a cup of hot water with ACV, will go back to my morning walk tomorrow and opt for a minimum diet nothing fancy, I will try it out for a week before I can weigh in…
