On the proverbial wagon again. Starting.off not being too restrictive. Following the Fat Secret Balanced Meal Plan with lots of calorie intake just to adhere to the better choices. Then reducing it every week. also going to switch out plans to Low Carb High Protein etc just to change it up a bit. I get bored quickly🤭
