thank you everyone for the support and encouragement my goal for this year is to improve upon all of last years races so I'm off to a good start my race in July will be the most challenging to do that with I placed very well there last year but I will give it my best shot

Good job to you and the kids!!! They are being taught good habits at a young age! Some parents only extend that to getting kids to eat more vegetables and less processed food than the average kid, and that’s fine too, because it’s better than most of us! However, you are doing even better than that, by far.

Wow buddy, congratulations to the OTB team, you improved a lot this year, you were almost in the top 50 of more than 3000 people, were there any obstacles that you couldn't pass or which one cost you the most?, 💪🦵🦾🦿🏆🎉

Shark3000 the course was very congested unfortunately I had to wait in line at a few obstacles just to do them and I failed the z wall and had to do a pretty crappy penalty loop straight up and down the mountain because of it. They removed all the foot holds and put four 3 inch thick ropes to finish the last section of it and my hand slipped off the third one. I flew through Evrything else skipping rings on the multi rig and bars on the monkey bars etc. My July and September races my heats are much earlier in the day so hopefully less course congestion

Failing a single obstacle is incredible my friend, and you almost passed it, in fact you have a very good ratio you almost never fail, it's interesting how they removed the burpees for other tests, about the congestion ufff if you didn't have better time, maybe a good strategy is to get ahead to all possible haha. Good photos, you can see that they had fun and had a great time, on to the next races, and the tough mudder when will you do them? 😄

I'd love to do this with my kids. I'm not competitive, but it looks like a lot of fun. Well done!

Shark3000 I have a tough mudder scheduled in a few weeks but I think I might skip it 🙄 I have a lot going on.
