Delighted almost no effort or food deprivation self fasting when I can intermittent fasting and having one proper meal and one snack usually a sandwich or a slice of toast and some butter and jam

I am delighted with the progress it’s about 1 kg per week for someone who is physically challenged it’s amazing zero exercise ( because I can’t at the moment ) too heavy for my frame and not steady on my feet 😔 the blood type diet works am proof it does 🥰

Thank u Ladies …finally life style changes I can stick to no Red meat limited dairy chicken once a week fish once mostly meat free home made broth lots of salads and veggies grains loving it
