I've never had sturgeon but it sure is a pretty soup I like the big lemon piece in it. it also has a really pretty color it's very appetizing looking. Well I hope you really enjoyed your homemade soup it was very nice of your friend to gift you with the fish. What kind of flavor does sturgeon have is it a strong flavor or is it a delicate fish?
