Oven baked, just add water. However quite dry. Maybe they need the oil to fry in to be proper tasty.

I've used that mix: I flatten the mix into small patries so the don't take as long to cook through and that seems to make them less dry (that and a load of shredded iceberg lettuce and hummus)
