Wow...I thought I did O.K. with my food choices this weekend, but I didn't think I did THIS well :) I was definitely pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale to see 222.0 this morning!!! The best part is I felt full and didn't even feel like I was missing out on anything I wanted.. I even had a little pizza (and a LOT of salad) on Saturday...I really hope the weightloss continues at this rate *LOL* I really love having healthy nachoes with baked Tostitoes, homemade veggie chili (VENEER HEALTHY chili), home-grown tomatoes, hot sauce and TONS of lettuce!!!
