I might start again my diet, SUMMER IS ON THE WAY..☀️🌊

I will took a list from thing I didn’t eat so I guess it will help with the motivation part😄

max 1200 kcal intake

4 days of workout (Leg/Push/Leg/Pull) + 20 min of cardio

A sprate day for cardio/abs/core activities
