Found the last week hard. 1st week working full time since surgery, including an overnight 2 day conference. Plus it was my step daughters birthday party on the weekend & then birthday which meant cake 🤦🏻♀️ and still not unpacked and in a routine at nee house. So what’s fallen away is weighing myself each day, recording in diary what I’m eating each day and meal prepping to ensure I always have low calorie protein in the fridge to have with salads for quick easy meals. I need to refocus and make myself a priority and get back to basics
