Dispite eating loads of rubbish (chocolate, icecream, chips) and way too much potato salad and prawns, and barely doing a lick of exercise this week I've still managed to loose .5kg so pretty happy with that!
Back on track this week, walking on the treadmill, doing the at home circuit training from my PT and loads of yard work and spring cleaning to do so here's to loosing the next 8kg!
