I was so happy as I was reasonable until dinner time. I ate a vegetable salad with some deli chicken and a little mayonnaise. However, tonight I had a consistent Xmas dinner.... With some wine! Sigh!
I'll try to keep a serious hand on my dinner tomorrow! As well as alcohol intake. But my son and his wife, my mother-in-law are coming for Xmas dinner ... so....
