😊 preparation to go on a 10-day vacation. I need to prepare psychologically for not fasting most of the day while traveling and to getting back on the wagon once I am back.
10 days of feasting should put back on some weight, but that’s the history of mankind. Feasting days and fasting days.
I shall enjoy. And recognize it’s temporary.
