Orang biasanya abis lebaran naik, lah aku malah turun. Makan udah sampe eneg padahal 😭😭

Kenapa bulking susah banget ya Allah 🥲
Boleh minta tipsnya nggak para suhu disini??
Berat turun, masa otot naik sedikit, body fat turun dikit. Latihan otot sempet Libur dari sebelum lebaran, baru mulai lagi 2 hari terakhir.
