Kenapa bulking susah banget ya Allah 🥲 Boleh minta tipsnya nggak para suhu disini?? Berat turun, masa otot naik sedikit, body fat turun dikit. Latihan otot sempet Libur dari sebelum lebaran, baru mulai lagi 2 hari terakhir.
