Stick to a diet. ...
Drink aprox 3.8L of water a day.
No cheat meals or alcohol.
Exercise twice a day for 45 minutes with 1 outdoors.
Read 10 pages of a book every day.
Take a progress picture every day.

Day 1 was a breeze 😅
