This is my one year anniversary with FS! During this past year, I was able to lose more weight than I had hoped. I started by logging all my food and exercise, and reading everyone's encouraging and supportive posts. A few months ago I stopped logging in food and exercise, but I continue to weigh myself daily and check in with FS. I do some type of exercise everyday. I try to eat a clean diet, little processed food, but eat what I like, just watch portion size. If I start to slip, I will go back to logging food and exercise. My next goal is to reach my two year anniversary maintaining my current weight or maybe even losing a couple more pounds.
