Such a slow go. Some will say my calories were still too high, even with the keto, some will say they were too low. I DO think I was still taking in too much fat so that although my body was burning fat for energy it was burning what I was taking in and NOT the fat stored on my body, leaving that pretty much alone. This week there was a sudden 5 lb loss. Might be that because I got my wisdom tooth pulled i can finally drink cold water again and boy i have been drinking it like crazy. I dont think I realized how dehydrated I was - too lazy to warm my water for drinking and just drinking coffee. Feeling SO much better having water again, and seeing the scale this week was blown away.
