Today was a rough day for me, I have very bad storm anxiety and so it lead to me not eating as much as I usually would. I also had to take my emergency anti anxiety meds to stop myself from having a full blown panic attack. I feel ok now just tired and feel a bit down. I was able to eat a salad for dinner (nothing fancy just a caesar salad no protein added in but I just wanted something quick). So if anyone else sees this and has mental health struggles as well, it’s ok to have bad days. We all have them. Sending everyone so much love if you are having a day like I had today!
