It's an amazing thing to only weigh once a week. Taking the focus off the scale has freed up so much of my time and lowered my stress sooo much. Since I've started running consistently again and the pants sizes are going down I'm over all a happier person. I hate how much control my weight seems to have on my mood but I'm so thankful that I know how to fix it. =)
